Its a popular Indian Bread recipe.
Channa Dal - 1/2 cup cooked and mashed
Moong DaI - 1/2 cup cooked and mashed husked
Atta/ whole wheat Flour - 3 tbsp of
Maida - 2 tbsp of
Onions - 5 tbsp finely chopped
Green Chilies - 3 finely chopped
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander - 4 tbsp chopped
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Ghee/ Butter - 3 tbsp

INGREDIENTS:
Channa Dal - 1/2 cup cooked and mashed

HOW TO COOK:
- Put the lentils in food processor and make into a fine paste.
- In a mixing bowl sift the atta and maida.
- Add the daal paste and all the other ingredients except ghee/butter.
- Mix it adding just enough water to knead into a soft pliable dough.
- Divide the dough into 7/8 equal portions, make balls, dust with atta cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat a tawa .
- Flatten each ball between palms to a round disc approx 5 inch in diameter.
- Now bake each roti with ghee/butter.
- Serve it hot with chutni.
