MISSI ROTI

Its a popular Indian Bread recipe.

CHINESE SAMOSA

INGREDIENTS:

Channa Dal - 1/2 cup cooked and mashed


Moong DaI - 1/2 cup cooked and mashed husked

Atta/ whole wheat Flour - 3 tbsp of

Maida - 2 tbsp of

Onions - 5 tbsp finely chopped

Green Chilies - 3 finely chopped

Ginger - 1 tbsp

Fresh Coriander - 4 tbsp chopped

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Red Chili powder - 1 tsp

Salt - To taste

Ghee/ Butter - 3 tbsp


HOW TO COOK:
  • Put the lentils in food processor and make into a fine paste.
  • In a mixing bowl sift the atta and maida.
  • Add the daal paste and all the other ingredients except ghee/butter. 
  • Mix it adding just enough water to knead into a soft pliable dough.
  • Divide the dough into 7/8 equal portions, make balls, dust with atta cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a tawa .
  • Flatten each ball between palms to a round disc approx 5 inch in diameter. 
  • Now bake each roti with ghee/butter. 
  • Serve it hot with chutni.
