Aloo paratha is a punjabi breakfast dish.For It's delicious test now It's very popular all over in India.
Whole-wheat flour - 1cup
Potato - 2 big boiled
Warm water - 1/2 cup
Salt - to test
Cumin seed - pinch of
Green chilies - 5 pic chopped
Red chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander leave - 2 Tablespoon chopped
Oil or ghee - to cook

INGREDIENTS:

HOW TO COOK:
- Mix wheat, water and pinch of salt to make a dough.
- Let the dough aside for 10 minutes.
- Then mash the boiled potato.
- Heat a pan.
- Add 2 spoon of oil.
- After heat oil add cumin seed.
- Then add mash potato, salt, red chili powder, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Now fry it .
- Now let it until they are tender.
- Take small ball from dough and place the potato in the center and seal by pulling the rolled dough.
- Make a ball.
- Now heat the tawa in medium high.
- Roll the dough in circular shape.
- Place it on hot tawa.
- When its get little brown add oil or ghee-on both side.
- Keep turning until it gets golden brown.
- Now paratha is ready, serve it with curd or chutni.
