ALOO PARATHA (bread stuffed with potato)

Aloo paratha is a punjabi breakfast dish.For It's delicious test now It's very popular all over in India.

ALOO PARATHA


INGREDIENTS:

Whole-wheat flour - 1cup

Potato - 2 big boiled 

Warm water - 1/2 cup

Salt - to test

Cumin seed - pinch of 

Green chilies - 5 pic chopped 

Red chili powder - 1/2 Tsp

Coriander leave - 2 Tablespoon chopped

Oil or ghee - to cook

HOW TO COOK:

  • Mix wheat, water and pinch of salt to make a dough. 
  • Let the dough aside for 10 minutes.
  • Then mash the boiled potato. 
  • Heat a pan. 
  • Add 2 spoon of oil. 
  • After heat oil add cumin seed.
  • Then add mash potato, salt, red chili powder, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
  • Now fry it .
  • Now let it until they are tender. 
  • Take small ball from dough and place the potato in the center and seal by pulling the rolled dough. 
  • Make a ball.
  • Now heat the tawa in medium high.
  • Roll the dough in circular shape.
  • Place it on hot tawa. 
  • When its get little brown add oil or ghee-on both side.
  • Keep turning until it gets golden brown. 
  • Now paratha is ready, serve it with curd or chutni.
