This is a delicious Bengali cousin. In Bengal most of persons like to eat it. I learn it from my mom.
Boiled Egg - 6 pic
Onion - T spoon chopped
Garlic - 1 T spoon chopped
Tomato - 3 Table spoon grated
Red chili powder - 1/2 T spoon
Turmeric - 1 T spoon
Salt - to test
Sugar - 1/2 T spoon
Milk - 1 & half cup
Oil/ ghee - 3 Table spoon
Cream - 1 T spoon

EGG MALAIKARI |
INGREDIENTS:
Onion - T spoon chopped
Garlic - 1 T spoon chopped
Tomato - 3 Table spoon grated
Red chili powder - 1/2 T spoon

Sugar - 1/2 T spoon
Milk - 1 & half cup
Oil/ ghee - 3 Table spoon
Cream - 1 T spoon

HOW TO COOK:
- Heat the oil or ghee in a pan.
- Now fried the eggs until it gets reddish color.
- Then aside the eggs.
- Now add chopped onion, chopped garlic and grated tomato in the same oil and stir golden brown.
- Add salt, turmeric,sugar, red chili powder with 3 tablespoon of water.
- Stir on a low flame till the oil separates from gravy.
- Now add milk and mix properly.
- Add the fried eggs when dense the gravy well.
- Garnish it with green chili and fresh cream.
