EGGPLANT AND TOMATO PIZZA |
INGREDIENTS:
pizza base - 1
Processed cheese - 3 cubes
Mozzarella cheese - 150 gms
Tomato - 7 sliced
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Chili flakes - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1
Garlic - 2 cloves
Sliced capsicum - 1/2 roasted
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp of
Oregano - 1/4 tsp of
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp of
Ajwain powder - 1/4 tsp of
Chili flakes - 1/4 tsp of
Spring onion - 2 tbsp of
Black paper powder - 1/4 tbsp of
Tomato crushed - 1/4 tbsp of
Sugar - 1tsp of
Salt. - to taste
For topping:
Brinjal - 4 slices
Maida - 2 tsp of
Black paper powder - 1/4 tsp of
Salt - to taste
HOW TO COOK:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic.
- Add capsicum and blanched tomatoes.
- Add tomato sauce, paper, oregano, jeera powder, ajwain powder, salt, sugar, chili flakes and spring onion.
- Then mix it well.This is the sauce.
- Now soak brinjal in water.
- Dry it completely.
- Coat it with maida.
- Shallow fry in a pan.
- Cut into pieces and sprinkle salt and black paper.
- Now keep it aside.
- Spread sauce on the pizza base.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, brinjal slice, tomato slices, cheese, chili flakes and oregano.
- Now bake it on 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Then the pizza ready to serve.
